Exchanges & Refunds process:

  • You have 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange or receive your full refund for the return.
  • Items must be unused and in their original conditions.
  • Labels/tags/instructions must remain as originally attached.
  • You have to present the relevant purchase invoice.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.  In case paid by cash, the cash refund will be given in person at any of our designated stores upon return.  None cash made payment with a refund may take 7 working days and more to reach your account.
